crunch time for Milan
One of the classes I signed up for to stay a full-time student this semester was a furniture design class. I mainly signed up for it because it gave me the slim chance of being able to go over to Milan Italy for the furniture fair thats happening in about a week. As time went on I wasn't able to create a piece of furniture beyond a small model. Most of my ideas turned out to be too complex to make out of metal and in full scale. So I'm not going to Italy but I am still in the class. For the last few days the class has been in crunch mode getting everything ready and I've been helping. I just finished up the business cards and they look really good. So good that my graphic is going on the cover of the pamphlets they're handing out at their display both. Also a few of the professors like the cards so much they want to make more when they are back from Italy as their new official business cards.
The pics are of the pieces going over to Milan and some of the students doing a photo shoot of stackable, powder coated stools. We haven't printed the business cards yet but once they're printed I'll post some pictures.
